New President for the Administrative Appeals Chamber
The Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Jack Straw MP, has appointed The Honourable Mr Justice Walker to succeed The Honourable Mr Justice Hickinbottom as President of the Upper Tribunal (Administrative Appeals Chamber) with effect from 21 April 2009.
