Administrative staff
There are Offices of the Administrative Appeals Chamber of the Upper Tribunal in London, Cardiff and Edinburgh.
There is also a separate office of the Upper Tribunal in Northern Ireland.
Administrative staff in the Upper Tribunal will deal with all the clerical aspects of the appeals process, including correspondence and telephone enquiries. They are unable, however, to give you any legal advice.
The office is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
